What Services does CRI perform?

CRI is the nation’s leading provider for Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metal, and Pallet recycling.

What are CRI’s hours of service?

Our office and scale operation is open Monday – Friday 8a – 5p (CT).  We do monitor emails sent to [email protected] after hours but will not respond until next business day.

How quickly can swaps and deliveries be completed?

When requested by noon, CRI schedules swaps and deliveries for the next business day. While we can attempt to accommodate same-day swaps, due to scheduling challenges they are typically not feasible.

Why hasn’t the swap happened yet?

Drivers do get held up and tractors breakdown which creates unanticipated one-day setbacks.  CRI’s delivery/swap reliability is 96% which means 4 out of 100 get rescheduled.  When delays occur, CRI communicates with our customer as far in advance as possible.
