Recycling for Warehouses & Distribution Centers

Distribution centers move enormous quantities of cardboard, shrink wrap, and pallet material every day. CRI provides spotted trailers, baler installations, and scheduled pickups that keep your dock clear without disrupting inbound and outbound logistics.

Keep the Dock Moving

In a DC, the dock is the operation. When OCC and shrink wrap pile up, throughput suffers. The fix is not just hauling it away, it is the right equipment and a pickup rhythm that matches your flow.

CRI drops spotted trailers that stay at your dock, installs balers and compactors where they make sense, and times swaps and pickups around your receiving schedule. Every load of fiber, film, and pallets is graded and shipped mill-direct, so the volume you generate comes back as revenue.

Materials We Handle

  • OCC and corrugated cardboard
  • Shrink wrap and stretch film
  • Pallets, all sizes and grades
  • Packing paper and void fill
  • Plastic strapping

Spotted trailers that stay at your dock

A dedicated trailer your team loads on existing shifts, swapped when full, so there is never a pile waiting for a pickup.

Pickups built around receiving

Service windows timed to your inbound and outbound flow, so recycling moves with the dock instead of against it.

Baler and compactor installation

On-site equipment that densifies OCC and film, cuts handling, and raises the value of every load.

Revenue instead of disposal fees

High-volume fiber and film shipped mill-direct and rebated against current markets, turning a cost center into income.

Warehousing & Distribution Recycling FAQ

Can you put a spotted trailer at our dock?

Yes. A spotted trailer program is the core of how CRI serves distribution centers. We drop a 53-foot trailer at your dock, your team loads it on existing shifts, and we swap it when it is full. No dumpster overflow, no extra handling.

Do you install balers and compactors?

Yes. Where your volume justifies it, we place balers and compactors on-site to densify cardboard and film. That cuts handling time and increases the per-load value of your material.

How do you schedule around our receiving hours?

We build service windows around your inbound and outbound flow, including off-hours swaps, so trailer pulls and pickups never collide with your busiest dock times.
